Business Analyst - temporary – 8 to 12 months As a partner of prestigious companies in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the dynamic team within the Technology unit. You will analyze emerging needs and those encountered by the stakeholders of the unit and propose suitable technological solutions or necessary process changes to advance the issues. We are seeking a person who plays a central role in: Ensuring the delivery of new IT solutions and services enabling continuous change through innovative solutions for existing business processes. Providing high-level business support to all teams. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders, Product Owners, and end users to identify how changes in processes, products, or services can improve efficiency (by reconciling technological feasibility, financial viability, and functional relevance). Participate in various projects; lead or assist in defining business cases and project plans, including change management activities. Identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop and maintain systems and coordinate testing phases and maintain resources to ensure effective product and service delivery. Provide support to teams, ensure clear communication, effective problem resolution, and follow-up: Portfolio and Services Responsible Temporary Business – 8 to 12 months and experience Master’s degree or equivalent with more than 3 years of experience in a position confirmed experience in business analysis or a related field, including working as/with a Product Owner and translating business needs into functional requirements. Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects, using Agile methodologies, and demonstrated ability to use data analysis techniques to improve operational efficiency. Experience in change management (stakeholder management, etc.). Proficiency in English (oral and written). Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Organized, proactive approach and understanding of IT systems and their relation to business processes. Comfort with complex data, systems, and processes.
