Join the 2026 Graduate Talent Program – Corporate & Real Estate - Region Basel at UBS. Start date: February 1, 2026. Your role
* get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of a corporate client advisor and provide administrative support
* assist client advisors in analyzing financial statements, reviewing loan applications, and preparing annual loan reviews
* collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner
* create professional presentations to support our strategic dialogue with our clients
* support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities
* participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities
* maintain relationships with internal and external clients
* build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
Your team
You’ll be working in our Corporate Basel-Stadt and Life Science team. We’re responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients with an international footprint. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Qualifications
* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
* demonstrates strong customer orientation, openness, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, and has a quick grasp of new concepts
* possesses good analytical skills, thorough understanding of complex business models and a good knowledge of MS Office
* has values that align with ours — hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
