Sales Manager (m/f/d)
What you will move in this role:
* Active acquisition of new customers and generation of new business opportunities, including the development of a continuous opportunity pipeline
* Presentation and sale of BRUSA HyPower product solutions in the areas of on‑and off‑highway electrification as well as industrial and stationary applications
* Establishment and maintenance of long‑term customer relationships
* Preparation of quotations, price quotations, technical product presentations and customer‑specific sales documents
* Supporting assigned customers in prototype, pre‑series and series phases, including coordination with internal departments
* Acting as an interface between customers and internal teams (engineering, product management, quality, operations) to coordinate
What skills and experience you should bring:
* Successfully completed engineering degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical field); additional commercial training (e.g. in business administration or sales management) is an advantage
* Experience in the sale of technical products requiring explanation, ideally in power electronics, e‑mobility, the automotive or industrial sector
* Proven success in new customer acquisition, active prospecting and building a high‑quality opportunity pipeline
* Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, including confident product pitches at a technical and commercial level
* Independent, structured and goal‑oriented approach to work with a high degree of initiative
* Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel depending on customer requirements (up to 20%)
