Head of Roads and Green Spaces at 100% Your missions: You will manage the road and green spaces sector, ensuring the overall management of activities, managing personnel schedule – management of hours and vacations – maintenance – etc. You will ensure the planning and maintenance of green spaces and squares, manage urban waste as well as the proper functioning of the waste management service, supervise the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the fleet of machines, vehicles, and equipment necessary for the activities of the municipality, support the Community in managing environmental protection, such as the zero pesticide policy, and promote initiatives to strengthen biodiversity and ensure the transition to differentiated maintenance of green spaces, as well as canopy management. Occasionally lead park and public space development projects that you plan and oversee until their completion. You will manage your sector while actively participating in specific tasks alongside the teams on the ground, balancing management with active presence in the field alongside the staff. Profile: You hold a degree in Construction Management or a federal diploma in foremanship in building, civil engineering, landscape gardening or an equivalent qualification. You have experience in project management and several years of professional experience in various fields or in a public community, in maintaining green spaces and managing waste. You appreciate both management and concrete work alongside the teams on the ground. You are an apprentice or wish to pursue training in this field, show a spirit of teamwork and possess excellent communication skills. You have a sensitivity to sustainability issues and the differentiated maintenance of green spaces, master common tools, and have an excellent oral and written proficiency in French.
