Manager IT Business Processes | Operational Resilience
Aufgaben
1. Responsible for the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) in collaboration with external third parties from a Procurement perspective.
2. Support Procurement in monitoring third party contracts and managing a variety of IT security risks throughout the lifecycle of third party relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
3. Ensure consistent data storage and a holistic security approach, including due diligence and continuous monitoring of the upstream and downstream in the bank supply chain.
4. Ensure that third-party risk management is in place for all types of third parties such as suppliers and service providers.
5. Responsible for the development and expansion of approved suppliers in cooperation with Procurement as well as the maintenance of customer relationships.
6. Close cooperation with Legal & Compliance, focusing on data protection.
7. Single point of contact for questions regarding risk minimization.
8. Responsible for trainings and ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration or business law.
2. Knowledge of third-party contracts as well as processes and supply chains of external clients.
3. Professional experience in a bank's internal audit or IT audit, risk management, legal, or in a "BigFour" auditing of banks (business or IT).
4. Generalist knowledge of contract management.
5. Interest in organization and planning.
6. Perseverance in initiatives.
7. Willingness to take responsibility and work independently and reliably.
8. Professional communication with various stakeholders at all functional and hierarchical levels.
9. Inspiring personality.
10. Fluency in German and English.
