Family Brief
An international family residing near Geneva is seeking an experienced and discreet versatile nanny to provide attentive care for their children (aged 4 yo and almost 2yo) and support the household, working closely with the mother's guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow the mother's lead to maintain consistent routines and priorities.
• Provide loving, attentive care tailored to children's developmental needs.
• Plan and lead educational and fun activities to support child development.
• Prepare nutritious meals for the children and family.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including kitchen tidying, emptying bins, and laundry.
• Run errands (groceries, dry cleaning, ad hoc)
• Transport the children to school, activities or appointments.
• Communicate regularly with parents on children's progress and daily updates.
• Administer first aid or medication as needed, following parental guidance.
Candidate Profile
Experience and skills:
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Swiss-based or Swiss working permit.
• Confident, experienced driver; car provided for work use.
• Flexible with tasks and schedule (occasional evenings, weekends, and travel at short notice).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a high-standard private household, with strong references.
• High school diploma or equivalent; childcare or early childhood education certifications preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a structured, positive, and engaging environment for children.
