Bring necessary stakeholders along the journey /li liFacilitate expert‑level meetings and projects, representing the corporate sustainability viewpoint and ensuring alignment with our broader strategic roadmap /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liYou hold a University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field /li liYou bring proven working experience in top‑tier consultancy focusing on sustainability and/or healthcare (ideally from Pharma and / or MedTech) /li liYou have a practical understanding of core sustainability themes and/or the Pharma/MedTech industry /li liYou have a solid understanding of the healthcare sector /li liAbility to translate complex details into compelling, executive‑ready messages and presentations /li liVery strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across divisions and build trust with experts and stakeholders at various levels /li liStructured, systematic thinking and proven problem‑solving skills /li liAbility to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving and agile environment /li liStrong editorial and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage /li /ul pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
