Sushi Chef Instructor
* Co-design culinary offers and menus
* Manage kitchen operations, including production planning and inventory control
* Develop and implement high-level pedagogic content for workshops
* Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained
* Mentor students in academic and professional development
* Purchase and manage kitchen supplies and equipment
* Review and update Moodle course descriptions to ensure they reflect kitchen activities
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in luxury hotel and restaurant management
* Proven track record in teaching or mentoring students in a hotel school setting
* Strong expertise in Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese food
* Pedagogic certification is an asset
* Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
* Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
* Ongoing commitment to professional growth and improvement
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
