Required Skills and Qualifications

* You are a proven specialist in the areas of payroll, social security and Swiss labour law, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field, preferably in an international environment.

* Ideally you possess very good SAP HCM and excellent Excel skills.
">
* You understand the interfaces and dependencies between financial accounting and payroll.
">
* You have a very good knowledge of the Swiss withholding tax system.
">
* You are service-oriented, communicative and a team player. You think in big picture terms and can connect the dots.

* You are fluent in German and English, and any other Swiss national languages is an advantage.
