Description Lead financial controlling activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring. Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. Partner with the CFO and departments to deliver actionable financial insights and drive performance. Analyse costs and services performance, identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions. Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in close collaboration with the accounting team. Act as a support to accounting when needed ( closings, audit preparation). Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification ( Brevet fédéral), with at least 5 years of experience in finance including a strong focus on controlling. Solid understanding of accounting principles (Swiss CO) with the ability to support operational accounting activities when required. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to build KPIs, improve processes, and translate financial data into actionable business insights. Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query / Power Pivot) and good experience with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics). Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented personality with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
