Ihre Aufgaben
* Provide first‑level support for disruptions and irregularities in the assembly areas, in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, and R&D.
* Process and resolve quality issues (QN) in SAP.
* Lead and coordinate experiments within Engineering Change Management.
* Regularly inspect assigned operating and test equipment (e.g., torque wrenches, multimeters).
* Ensure compliance with the ESD control program in the assembly area (check of protective products, first‑level support, audit assistance).
* Analyze repairs and integrate results into existing processes.
* Ensure that products are assembled in accordance with production policies, work instructions, quality aspects, and occupational safety aspects.
Ihr Profil
* Technical training (Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics EFZ, or equivalent), preferably with additional qualification as Process Specialist.
* Several years of industrial production experience and a strong understanding of assembly and product concepts. Enjoyment of project work.
* Experience in cleanrooms, adhesive processes, and microscopy.
* Knowledge of SAP, Lean Management, test equipment, and continuous improvement is a plus.
* Service‑oriented, resilient, and able to communicate convincingly with diverse internal stakeholders while maintaining composure under stress.
* Fluent in German and good English proficiency.
