Reporting to the VP of Finance, Procurement, you will shape procurement strategy, drive cost efficiency and strengthen supplier performance in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment. /p pThis is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions directly support scalable operations, service reliability and margin improvement. You’ll also play a key role in GTT’s AI transformation, partnering with Technology and Operations to source and govern AI‑enabled tools that improve internal efficiency and customer solutions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul lipOwn and manage strategic supplier relationships across network, security, cloud, software, AI platforms and CPE /p /li lipLead complex negotiations, renewals and sourcing initiatives to deliver sustainable cost savings and risk mitigation /p /li lipEstablish vendor performance management through KPIs, scorecards and executive business reviews /p /li lipDrive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and supplier rationalisation /p /li lipDesign and continuously improve procurement policies, governance and controls across regions /p /li lipPartner closely with Legal, Technology, Security, Operations and Finance to ensure commercial, technical and compliance alignment /p /li lipEmbed procurement discipline into AI adoption to prevent tool sprawl and uncontrolled spend /p /li lipBuild, lead and develop a high‑performing global procurement team /p /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Essential: /h3 ul lip10+ years’ experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, including senior leadership roles /p /li lipStrong background procuring software, technology, telecom/network equipment or IT infrastructure /p /li lipProven success in cost reduction, vendor negotiation and contract management /p /li lipExperience building or transforming procurement processes and governance /p /li lipExcellent commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills /p /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul lipInternational, multi‑region procurement experience /p /li lipPrivate equity or highly cost‑focused environments /p /li lipProfessional certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) /p /li /ul h3Our Commitments: /h3 ul libAdaptive Mindset /b: We meet change head‑on to build the capabilities we need now.
