Les Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de prévoyance professionnelle de Genève (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Thanks to a private law entity and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA has the mission to operate buildings for the elderly and to offer them services adapted to their level of autonomy and their security needs.To complete our teams, we are recruiting a:Social WorkerPermanent contract - 100% - Class 15For our resident serviceDescription of the missionThe person holding the position will ensure the social and legal support of residents upon their entry, during their stay, and upon their departure. They ensure the maintenance of residents' rights and the stability of their social and financial situation. They contribute to the quality of life of residents, in collaboration with internal and external partners, in compliance with the legal framework, institutional procedures, and professional secrecy. The person participates in the overall care of residents within the resident management service.Main responsibilities- Evaluate the social and financial situation of residents at entry and during their stay, in order to identify their needs, resources, and risks, and anticipate difficulties likely to impact their social or financial stability;- Analyze complex situations and develop adapted social support plans;- Implement preventive measures to avoid the loss or breach of rights, and report situations at risk, particularly in cases of precariousness, non-payment, or isolation, by contributing to their resolution;- Actively seek concrete solutions to encountered problems, particularly through the mobilization of existing resources, financial aid, and the network, and propose adapted measures allowing for the sustainable security of the residents' situation;- Offer individualized support to residents facing social, family, or health difficulties by ensuring an accessible presence on-site and by encouraging the expression of their needs;- Advise and support residents and their families in sensitive or crisis situations;- Ensure the maintenance of social rights and the regular updating of files by preparing, submitting, and following up on requests with competent bodies (supplementary benefits, AI, AVS/LPP, health insurance funds, OCPM, debt collection, Protection Tribunal, social aid, etc.);- Gather necessary documents, compile files, and ensure their follow-up until completion, including renewals, as well as proceed with requests for financial aid or specific support in connection with the situation of each resident, in collaboration with the secretary;- Collaborate with protection authorities, courts, and institutional partners, and develop an external network to facilitate access to resources and adapted solutions;- Work in a pair with the secretary to ensure coordinated and efficient handling of files;- Collaborate with the resident accounting department for the financial monitoring of files and the resolution of non-payment problems;- Participate in the admission and departure processes of residents by ensuring the continuity of social support;- Keep social files up to date, ensure the traceability of procedures, draft necessary correspondence, and guarantee the confidentiality of data, the accuracy of data, as well as compliance with the legal and institutional framework;- Participate in the life of the service, contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, and respect internal procedures as well as execute any task entrusted by the hierarchy within the framework of the function.Profile- Bachelor HES in social work (or equivalent);- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar function;- Excellent command of spoken and written French;- Experience in the medico-social field or with the elderly desired;- Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network;- In-depth knowledge of social insurance and adult protection;- Ease with complex procedures;- Mastery of usual tools and specialized software of the service (Sadies, Odoo, GestPlace);- Flexibility, excellent communication skills;- Rigor and organizational skills;- Ability to analyze and manage complex situations;- Autonomy and sense of responsibility;- Aptitude for teamwork and networking;- Ability to prioritize and manage emergencies;- Good resistance to stress.We offer a pleasant working environment, in a dynamic atmosphere and within a human-sized team.
