is looking for a person to join as a
Customer Service Representative
to support the existing team in Herisau. The ideal candidate is capable of providing excellent support to both national and international customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. The position serves as a key link between customers and the sales team to maximize responsiveness, share important information, and support business objectives.
This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
 * act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support;
 * monitor and track the status of orders from acquisition to invoicing, ensuring delivery timelines are met, in coordination with other designated departments;
 * support the sales team by sharing required information on customers or products (prices, availability, etc.);
 * report any issues related to orders, product stock, or customers;
 * manage communication with the logistics team and warehouse to assist the administration in the correct issuance of sales and export documents;
 * prepare analyses and reports on product sales or customer orders to support business forecasting.
Key requirements:
 * high school diploma or a degree in economics/linguistics;
 * previous experience as a customer service representative. Profiles with minimal experience will also be considered;
 * excellent knowledge of German and English;
 * strong customer orientation and a team-oriented mindset;
 * proficiency with common computer tools;
 * basic knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus.
