Brand Account Manager Opportunity
This role is designed for a proactive and team-oriented professional who can effectively transfer the value proposition of AbbVie brands to assigned stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and analytical abilities.
The Brand Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, guiding them through the solution-finding process and agreeing on necessary steps. This role requires continuous market insights, proactively transferring relevant information back to the In-Field Team.

* Proactively understand customer needs, lead to solutions, and create win-win situations
* Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives, effectively evaluate and document sales calls
* Utilize innovative approaches and resources to gain access to 'difficult to see' customers and seek opportunities to grow existing accounts and open new ones
* Achieve set call metrics to maximize sales
* Gain market intelligence: insights into customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges, developing in-depth disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence expertise
* Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes own and In Field Team/Brand Team resources to defined key customers, act on it, and constantly track progress
* Analyze sales reports and field intelligence, derive appropriate measures, accurately identify customer position on sales cycle, and target resources to maximize sales opportunities
* Understand market challenges and identify business opportunities, deploying existing value-adding solutions to customers or driving the development of new tailored solutions
* Adhere to industry and AbbVie compliance requirements while managing the territory
* Share relevant insights and best practices to the In-Field and Brand Team and mentor new Sales Representatives to enhance collaborative ways of working in the In-Field Team
* Navigate the In-Field Team to ensure support from other in-field roles or other identified roles within the organization to best address customer challenges
Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or business is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and we value a candidate who embraces new technologies and tools.
