Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Research and identify cutting edge AI and IT technology to solve specific challenges
2. Design advanced data analytics tools, AI and ML solutions to support Operations and Engineering
3. Lead global projects and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
4. Develop design automation tools and AI-driven solutions leveraging PLM data to accelerate engineering workflows
5. Build strong expertise in engineering and manufacturing processes to identify, collect, and standardize high-value data across the product lifecycle
6. Closely collaborate with team of Data Scientists and Engineers based in Chennai
7. Support the digital transformation of the E-Systems team, deploy selected tools and the related IT infrastructure
8. Maintain and grow academic partnerships in the field of AI, including research collaborations, student projects and internships
Our requirements:
9. Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, PhD would be advantageous
10. More than 1 year of experience in similar positions, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
11. Interest for engineering and manufacturing processes
12. Solid expertise in LLM, data analytics, database systems and AI application development
13. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams
14. Strong analytical mindset with well-developed logical and problem-solving skills
15. Fluency in English
