Within the “Diffusion - PECVD - Wet Etch – CMP” area of the IC Front-End Operations, the global mission of the DIFF Maintenance team is to ensure stable, predictable, and continuously improving equipment performance by deploying robust maintenance methods, while strictly respecting time, resource, and cost constraints.
Task And Responsibilities
* Enhance the preventive, predictive and curative maintenance of the equipment in terms of Safety, PM on Time, PM in Time, First Time Right, efficiency, Costs, MTBF and MTTR
* Perform regular equipment performance analysis through a PDCA methodology (RCA, Pareto, and Actions) by identifying Key Characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team
* Oversee 8Ds and Task Forces when necessary with all the stakeholders
* Define and mitigate the risks with equipment FMEA
* Support the technician’s team in terms of maintenance, methods, structured troubleshooting, qualifications for the production
* Develop the skills with trainings in order to increase the know-How in a sustainable manner
* Maintain and update documentation in the frame of the Quality System: procedures, checklists, standards and norms, information from equipment suppliers
* Ensure a clear and structured communication throughout the section and the Maintenance department
* Be proactive with the suppliers by tracking the actions and by conducting recurrent interviews in order to have a continuous support and efficiency for the interventions
* Track and Plan spare parts and service contracts costs
* Provide technical inputs on new equipment acquisitions; integrate these equipment from the start into the shopfloor until the management of the obsolescence
* Perform a technological watch through documentation, exhibitions in order to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance, and by the way, the performance of the Manufacturing
Profil
* HES Engineering degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintenance within Diffusion or CVDs, or WET or CMP as an Engineer in Microelectronic
Compétences requises
* An expertise in minimum one equipment is required
* Proven experience working with external suppliers
* Project Leader experience
* Technical referent
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly using the PDCA methodology
* Highly organized and methodical
* Proficient in 5S, 8D, Equipment FMEA, FDC (Maestria), GMAO, MSA and SPC
* Ability to propose practical and actionable solutions
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
