Internal Auditor Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Internal Auditor to join our team. As a member of the Internal Audit Team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits within the LGT Capital Partners Group, covering entities globally.
You will review processes and internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your responsibilities will also include discussing audit results with management, optimizing business processes and structures, and providing project support.
As an expert in your field, you will monitor the targeted implementation of recommendations resulting from audit reports.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
* University degree or equivalent specialized education
* CPA, CIA, CFA, or CAIA degree is advantageous
* At least 3 years of audit experience in the financial industry, ideally in the regulatory environment of an asset manager
* Good communication skills in German and English are expected
* Good analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to work independently
* A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
