Intern Legal & Compliance (m/f/d)

Start date: As per agreement
Responsibilities:
1. Support configuration and global deployment of a new compliance system
2. Assist in mapping and documenting applicable legal obligations across WinGD’s locations
3. Coordinate with local teams in Winterthur, Shanghai, Busan and Tokyo to drive adoption
4. Help prepare training materials and conduct user onboarding sessions
5. Contribute to project tracking, process optimization and transparent compliance workflows
6. Support the rollout and implementation of a new compliance tool with strong focus on Health & Safety
7. Assist with data structuring and migration into the compliance system
8. Support documentation of Health & Safety requirements, processes and controls
9. Assist in user guidance materials (instructions, FAQs, presentations)
10. Support coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, EHS, HR, IT, Operations)
11. Support testing, validation and go‑live preparation of the tool
Requirements:
12. Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Management or comparable studies
13. Interest in compliance, health & safety or regulatory topics
14. Basic understanding of corporate processes
15. Structured and reliable working style
16. High attention to detail and accuracy
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
18. Strong analytical and organizational skills
19. Experience with IT Tools
20. English & German (very good written and spoken), (Mandarin or Korean would be a plus, but not required)
