PReports to: Head of Marketing, Greater China /ppstrongTHE OPPORTUNITY /strong /ppMiQ is a programmatic media partner who are experts in data science, analytics and omnichannel programmatic trading. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Sales Enablement Associate to join our growing China team. /ppYou will report to the Head of Marketing in China and dot line to the Product Marketing Head of the Global team. You will work closely with the wider global product marketing team as well as sales, account management, trading, product and marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption of our programmatic media solutions in China. The Sales Enablement Associate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on supporting our commercial efforts in China by coordinating our internal go-to-market processes, creating, curating and maintaining collateral, and organising the internal training and enablement program for commercial teams. /ppIf you are an agile and organised individual with an interest in programmatic advertising and a flair for creating marketing collateral, we want to hear from you. /ppstrongWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /strong /ppstrongJOB RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pollistrongSCOPING: /strong Capture and curate needs, problems, and opportunities for our sales and trading team in China. Undertake competitive and market analysis and build any local competitor battlecards. /lilistrongDEVELOPMENT: /strong Develop a deep knowledge of the capabilities of our product solutions and how they drive outcomes for marketers, in order to effectively build and communicate the marketing narrative, benefits and processes to sales and their clients, as well as traders and analysts internally. Help keep alpha and beta testing on track and organise internal cross-departmental GTM syncs. /lilistrongLAUNCH: /strong Collaborate with global and local internal stakeholders to execute and measure all aspects of MiQ’s go-to-market, including: curating and maintaining the sales collateral portal for China; producing collateral including pitch slides, one pagers and case studies; coordinating internal product communications; and organising a regular training schedule to roll out releases internally. /lilistrongREFINEMENT: /strong Support the measurement reporting of product adoption, refine and update collateral/package solutions for key verticals or client types; undertake additional internal training as needed. /li /olpstrongYOUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS /strong /polli2-3 years professional experience, preferably in a product marketing or sales enablement role /liliExperience in a technology, ad tech, martech or SaaS business /liliBasic knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem /liliExperience creating slides, one pagers or case studies /liliSuper-organized and proactive, can demonstrate effective project management /li /olpstrongYOUR CORE COMPETENCIES /strong /ppstrongPROJECT MANAGEMENT: /strong /polliClarifies expectations in order to deliver requirements /liliProactively communicates progress and follows up on deliverables from stakeholders to keep projects on track. /liliProactive in following and improving team processes with attention to detail /liliMonitors and maintains quality of deliverables from other stakeholders /liliCan schedule events effectively across calendars and timezones /li /olpstrongANALYSING: /strong /polliProactively seeks to understand and is comfortable with the highly technical detail of MiQ’s products. /liliLearns to access and curate reporting and data from various platforms sources /liliAbility to correctly interpret qualitative and quantitative data and extract success metrics /liliAbility to analyse competitor weaknesses and MiQ strengths at a feature level to create compelling and differentiated market messaging. /li /olpstrongPRODUCT STORYTELLING: /strong /polliCan create compelling product storytelling and messaging based on information provided about MiQ’s market, products and clients needs. /liliCan distil complex concepts into simple messaging /li /olpstrongCOLLABORATION: /strong /polliBuilds strong positive stakeholder relationships. /liliUnderstands cultural differences and adapts approach to stakeholders accordingly. /liliProactively open and transparent on work priorities and progress with all stakeholders. /liliApproaches change and the need for agility with a positive attitude. /li /olpstrongCOMMUNICATION: /strong /polliCan speak clearly to a given audience in order to achieve the objectives of the presentation. /liliFlawless command of the English language; written communication is always compelling, mistake free and in MiQ’s Tone of Voice. /liliCreates a range of suitable content outputs that showcase a detail-orientated approach, an eye for design, and are always within MiQ’s brand guidelines. /li /olpstrongWHO YOU ARE /strong /ppstrongYOUR PERSONALITY /strong /ppWe love different personalities at MiQ and strive to build teams constructed with diverse backgrounds and inclusive points of view.
