Within the IT department and under its governance and methodology, the Training Specialist & LMS Administrator oversees the creation, review, and administration of training programs using the Cornerstone LMS. This role is critical in ensuring that all internally developed training materials meet business requirements, comply with policies, and are effective in training users across various departments.
Together with content creators, instructional designers, and stakeholders, you will manage the Cornerstone LMS, ensuring high-quality learning solutions and providing guidance to the creative and design teams to enhance learning content.
Some of your key responsibilities:
1. Training Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of all internally developed training courses, ensuring they align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and learning best practices. Verify that training content meets corporate guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility standards. Work with internal SMEs to validate the accuracy and relevance of training content.
2. LMS Administration (Cornerstone): Manage and maintain the Cornerstone LMS, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility. Upload, configure, and manage training content, courses, curricula, certifications, and learning paths. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring seamless functionality. Generate reports and analytics on training engagement, completion rates, and compliance tracking. Provide system training and support to end-users, including employees, managers, and administrators. Coordinate with IT and LMS vendors to implement system updates and improvements.
3. Collaboration with Design & Creative Teams: Provide detailed inputs to instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia teams to enhance training materials. Recommend improvements to content structure, engagement strategies, and interactivity. Ensure that visual and instructional design elements align with corporate branding and learning methodologies.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Training Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between training teams, business units, and external vendors for learning initiatives. Collaborate with local training leads and HR to align training programs with organizational goals. Facilitate and organize instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions when needed. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve training offerings.
Who are you?
5. You have proven experience as an LMS Administrator (Cornerstone LMS preferred).
6. You have a strong background in training coordination, instructional design, or e-learning development.
7. You have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality training deliverables.
8. You have the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and compliance with corporate policies.
9. You have experience collaborating with training designers and creative teams to enhance course materials.
10. You have strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret LMS reports and training metrics.
11. You are fluent in English (spoken and written).

12. Proficiency in additional languages (, French, Italian, or German) is a plus.
13. Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
14. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
15. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
