Role description
We’re looking for a technically skilled, hands-on Integration Manager who thrives in a hybrid role : part tech consultant, part solution architect, part project coordinator. You’ll be the go-to person for external integration partners—guiding them through onboarding, solving challenges during rollout, and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.
This is not a one-dimensional support job. You’ll combine technical know-how, problem-solving, and communication skills to act as a bridge between external integrators and internal teams like Product, DevOps, and Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
You'll own the end-to-end journey of integration partners—from the first technical conversation to production rollout and ongoing support. Your mission : empower them to succeed while scaling our systems efficiently.
Integration & Technical Consulting
* Guide first-time integrations for external partners
* Provide solution design and architecture guidance during onboarding
* Define technical implementation approaches and ensure successful go-lives
* Build long-term relationships with integrators and contribute to a structured partner model
Operational & Support Excellence
1. Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for integration-related issues
2. Organize the hand over from the implementation phase to operational phase together with support.
3. Analyze logs and technical messages (e.g., JSON, HTTP, webhooks) to diagnose and resolve issues
4. Continuously improve support processes related to integrations
5. Support or lead rollout activities : planning, piloting, testing, and full deployment
Cross-Team Collaboration
6. Work closely with Product Management, DevOps, and Support teams to align integration efforts
7. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing around integration practices
What You Bring
Required
8. Completed technical education or apprenticeship (e.g. Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical integration, implementation, or support roles
10. Experience supporting structured integration processes and interacting with partners
Preferred
11. Strong in API communication (REST, SOAP), webhook logic, and integration troubleshooting
12. Skilled in tools like Postman, Kibana, and monitoring / log analysis platforms
13. Familiar with the payments or fintech industry
14. Experience managing technical integrations in B2B or project-based partner contexts
Languages
15. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
16. French is a plus
