Role Purpose:
The Client and Portfolio Data Specialist is accountable for assuring complete and accurate setup of client portfolios in Asset Management systems. The Client and Portfolio Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and providing quality services in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve processes and delivery of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A challenging position within Asset Management Switzerland AG as a Client and Portfolio Data Specialist where you will be part of a centralized function with cross-disciplinary responsibilities.
2. You will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic team of motivated and experienced data specialists, who are responsible for maintaining client and portfolio data in the various asset management systems.
3. You will work closely with sales, portfolio management, finance, compliance, and operations teams across the Bank as well as with our external stakeholders and ensure that clients and their accounts are opened in the systems in line with the client contracts and that all changes to the client data are reflected timely and accurately.
4. You will ensure completeness and a high quality of data by conducting regular data checks and reconciliations and ensure efficient issue resolution through research and proper escalation.
5. You will identify and recommend methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls, and increase customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure Client Service to both the business and operational partners is professional and to the highest standards at all times.
7. Actively contribute to the onboarding workflow and client lifecycle, including:
* Work as a team player to ensure that the daily workload is completed in a timely manner.
* Communicate and partner with all team members to provide an excellent level of Client Service and ensure that any risk issues or red flags are addressed/escalated.
