On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for Directories & IAM (f/m/d) responsible for contributing to the cyberadministration development projects around digital identities, IAM and cross-functional directories.
Your mission
Gather, analyse and formalise business and system requirements related to directories and digital identities.
Write and prioritise features in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria in the project backlog.
Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to align functional, technical and organisational needs.
Define, coordinate and execute business and integration test strategies, as well as monitor anomalies and associated reporting.
Ensure the solution meets functional requirements and support the evolution of directories and IAM within an Agile framework.
Your profile Senior experience of 8 years or more in functional and business analysis on complex IT projects, with at least 3 years in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, AS-IS / TO-BE process modelling and writing requirements as User Stories.
Very good knowledge of IAM, SSO, access management, digital identities, identity federations and governance of business directories.
Ability to design entity-relationship data models and work on interoperability between directories and digital identities.
Excellent communication in French, strong analytical, synthesis and coordination skills, and ease with diverse interlocutors in a matrix environment.
Good command of backlog and testing tools, with a real sense of autonomy, leadership and priority management.
