Investigate issues by reviewing data, processes, and system behavior, and working together with stakeholders to identify solutions, explanations, or workarounds.
Act as the link between business stakeholders and software development teams, gathering and translating business needs into clear system requirements.
Design functional solutions, including feasibility checks, specifications, process documentation, and configuration descriptions in alignment with team input and share understanding.
Perform system configuration and support implementation, ensuring alignment with agreed solution designs.
Prepare and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and collaborate with process owners to ensure quality through structured validation and documentation.

You are analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to investigate issues and enjoy understanding system behaviors as well as the related business processes.
You have experience working with ERP, CRM, or similar business systems, ideally in Sales and Marketing environments.
You communicate clearly, confidently, and enjoy working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
You work in a structured, reliable, and transparent way, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
You collaborate closely with colleagues and feel comfortable taking initiative to move topics forward.
