SCOTT Sports is a leading international brand in the sporting goods industry, known for its innovation, technology, and design across Bike, Wintersport, Running, and Motorsport. We are passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering premium products and experiences to athletes of all levels. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event and Marketing Coordinator to join our Swiss marketing team in Givisiez. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing events and marketing activities across our Bike, Running, and Wintersport categories, as well as supporting the Dolomite brand in Switzerland. This role requires a hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, sales teams, dealers, and external partners to ensure brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute consumer, dealer, and media events (e.g., test days, expos, trade fairs, launches, community activations).
* Develop and implement marketing initiatives for Switzerland across Bike, Running, Wintersport, and Dolomite.
* Support retail marketing campaigns, POS activations, and brand partnerships.
* Manage logistics and presence at events, including booth setup, product handling, and promotional material.
* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and events.
* Work closely with the Swiss Sales and Marketing team to align on strategy and execution.
* Track and report event KPIs, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
* Collaborate with influencers, athletes, and partners to enhance event visibility and brand storytelling.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or sports industry roles.
* Fluent in German and/or French, with good skills in the other language, and strong English (written and spoken).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in sports marketing or outdoor industry is a strong plus.
* High level of creativity and a strong eye for detail and brand identity.
* Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
* Passion for sports, particularly Bike, Running, and Wintersport.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS tools, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
* Valid driving license (Category B).
