PpThe Director,Field EngagementIT Product Manager is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for enterprise-scale technology platforms that drive commercial and medical field effectiveness and engagement. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, support digital transformation, and remain agile in a rapidly evolving biopharma landscape. They will lead cross‑functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and champion user‑centric design and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high‑impact solutions. /p pThis role is accountable not only for technology delivery, but for shaping enterprise‑wide business transformation—modernizing operating models, decision‑making, and engagement through digital platforms, data, and AI. Success will be measured by measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, compliance, and business outcomes—not output alone. /p h3Reporting Relationship /h3 pbReports To: /b Executive Director, Commercial IT /p pbDirect Reports: /b Product Owners, Platform Configuration/Analysts /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liLead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of platforms and solutions optimizing field experience and productivity through integrated CRM, engagement data, and analytics capabilities—balancing simplicity, compliance and effectiveness. /li liDefine and communicate a forward‑looking product vision and roadmap, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock new business opportunities. Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation. /li liAct as a platform steward, accountable for long‑term architectural integrity, scalability, and cost efficiency—balancing near‑term business needs with enterprise standards and future‑state evolution. /li liManage the full end‑to‑end product lifecycle, prioritizing features based on business impact, user feedback and emerging technology trends. /li liEnsure robust API integration, adherence to interoperability standards, and implementation of data governance practices to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. /li liServe as a senior technology leader embedded with the business units, IT functions, anticipating needs and turning requirements into actionable, secure, and compliant digital products. /li liOwn the responsible evaluation, adoption, and scaling of AI and advanced analytics capabilities—partnering with Data, Security, Legal, and business leadership to operationalize AI in compliant, high‑value use cases. /li liDevelop and manage strategic relationships with external technology and managed services partners to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and innovation across platforms. /li liOwn product financials including vendor strategy, run‑vs‑grow investment decisions, total cost of ownership, and value realization tracking in partnership with Finance and Procurement. /li liBuild and mentor high‑performing, cross‑functional teams, championing agile, DevOps, and user‑centric design practices. /li liDefine and evolve delivery models (product‑aligned teams, DevOps, vendor/partner orchestration) to improve speed, quality, and accountability across global teams. /li liEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, business impact, user adoption, and regulatory compliance. /li liEnsure platforms meet global regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity standards. /li liStay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, technology innovations, proactively adapting strategies. /li liDrive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and change management initiatives. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping strategic decisions through data‑driven insights, trade‑off analysis, and forward‑looking recommendations. /li /ol h3Job Specifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li10+ years experience in product management, application development or digital transformation. /li li4+ years in leadership roles. /li liProven success delivering enterprise technology solutions in global, matrixed, and regulated environments. /li liPharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred. /li /ul h3Additional Comments /h3 ul liExpertise in agile methodologies, SDLC, cloud platforms, AI/ML, data analytics, and cybersecurity. /li liExceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. /li liExpertise with cloud‑based ecosystems (AWS, Azure) and advanced analytics tools for insights‑driven engagement. /li liDeep understanding of enterprise CRM and engagement platforms in regulated environments (i.e., Veeva and Salesforce). /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liUnderstands complex problems to collaborate and explore alternative solutions. /li liAbility to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside immediate work unit. /li liFast paced environment with frequent interruptions. /li liProven track record of delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, matrixed environments. /li liExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills. /li /ul pNote: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, national origin, or other legally protected classifications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
