Your Tasks Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to promote trust and long-term engagement.
Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft Operators/Owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspects
Collaborate cross-functionally with the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, Warranty and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operations
Act as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
Conduct occasional on-site visits to Customers, Service Centers and CAMO organizations
With this you convince us Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering is advantageous
Broad aerospace background is required, preferably with experience across technical, commercial and customer support domains
Demonstrated experience in a CAMO environment, ideally with business jets or similar aircraft is considered an asset
Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
Fluent English, German and French language skills are required,
Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively under pressure, fostering teamwork in dynamic environments
A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
