We are looking for a Application Service Specialist for our Headquarters in Novazzano, Switzerland.
The Application Service Specialist is responsible for the technical support (hotline) of direct clients and distributors for our products and also in charge of on-site activities (onsite support, maintenance, installations, upgrades, add-on) and trainings (internal/external).
As part of the Inpeco Customer Success Team, you will travel globally to support key clients and partners.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
* Necessary knowledge of English (B2) and Italian
* Availability to travel 70-80% of the time, even one month at a time
* Resilience to stressful situations
* Good knowledge of Linux and MySQL
* Knowledge of Virtualization tools
* Basic Networking
* Hardware skills
Nice to have:
* Previous experience with laboratory automation and instruments
* Customer service and telephone support experience
* Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Korean, Portuguese)
