Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un/e: Marketing manager (H/F) Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing at Villars Palace, the Marketing & Communication Manager plays a key role in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Villars Palace. •Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing. •Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. •Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives. •Monitor market trends, competitors, and digital evolutions to propose innovative actions to enhance visibility and marketing performance. •Manage digital channels: website, social media, online advertising campaigns. •Define and execute an engaging and relevant content strategy. •Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of marketing actions using key indicators. •Design and produce marketing materials (visuals, videos, brochures, newsletters, etc.). •Validate and control all editorial content in French and English. •Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships to increase the visibility of Villars Palace. •Work closely with internal departments (sales, events, F&B, HR, spa, etc.) to ensure effective communication. •Manage relationships with external service providers (communication agencies, graphic designers, printers, etc.). •Ensure regular reporting to management and provide strategic recommendations. •Offer support to internal operations when necessary, in a spirit of collaboration.
