Description du poste
1. Providing intellectual property services to all companies of the group
2. Protecting the innovations made in the various companies of the group
3. Drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications in various countries throughout the world
4. Oppositions, infringing risk and validity assessments
5. Licence agreements and patent enforcement
Profil
6. You are qualified before the European Patent Office
7. You have qualifications in the mechanical, physics or micro-technical field
8. You have 7-10 years of experience in a related function
Langues
9. You are fluent in French and English. German would be an advantage
