Your Impact
* Global Payroll: Coordinate and run end-to-end payroll for multiple international countries alongside external vendors.
* Equity & Stocks: Handle stock options and RSUs like a pro, ensuring correct taxation.
* Swiss Backup: Step in for Swiss payroll (AHV, BVG, withholding tax) whenever needed.
* Continuous Improvement: Support new country setups and optimize payroll processes.
Qualifikationen
Your Profile
* Experience: 3?5+ years in international/multi-country payroll.
* Languages: Fluent English is a must, plus native-level German or French.
* Tech Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems (e.g., ABACUS) or remote collaboration tools.
* Mindset: Highly analytical, stress-resistant, and structured. You work independently and love dynamic environments.
