Job Posting
* Assign picking orders by priority to the team, controlling all standards of the picking process.
* Supervise and control Value Added Services (VAS), such as labeling, hangers, RFID, etc., according to customer requirements and specifications.
* Standardize the packing process by customer to ensure timely shipping.
* Certify and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on units, and ensure all documentation (Vehicle Magazines, Infractions, Verifications, Circulation Cards) is in order.
* Manage material reallocation and rework costing and control.
* Oversee operational personnel responsible for compliance with company policies, managing their daily tasks.
* Participate in safety and hygiene programs and brigades, ensuring compliance with NOM (Official Mexican Standards), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and our internal safety model IPM (Ideal Plant Model). Be part of the subcommittees that comprise this model.
* Update and standardize operations to meet customer requirements.
