* Lead innovation projects in collaboration with product development for retail, specialist markets, and gastronomy.
* Responsibility for lifecycle management and the strategic further development of the range based on performance analyses, market potentials, and sales and margin targets.
* Analysis of market, competition, customer and consumer needs and derivation of successful product and range concepts.
* Responsibility for budget compliance and cost control of the responsible ranges.
* Coordination and management of project teams.
* Active participation in the organisation and attendance of trade fairs and events.
