About Fuze Finance
Fuze is shaping the future of money. We provide the infrastructure that allows financial institutions to operate seamlessly across fiat and digital asset rails, from payments and trading to stablecoin‑powered infrastructure and tokenization.
Our mission is simple: move value seamlessly across high‑growth corridors and make digital assets usable, scalable, and trusted at a global level.
We have recently established a company in Switzerland (Lugano), and are in the process of obtaining membership with a Swiss Self‑Regulatory Organization (SRO) and will operate as a regulated financial intermediary, enabling compliant digital asset services, cross‑border payments, and stablecoin‑based financial infrastructure.
About the role
We are seeking a highly driven, structured and analytical professional, commercially astute and regulatory savvy, to join the team as Expansion Manager.
You will lead market growth initiatives for Switzerland and Europe from our Lugano offices, and will support the execution and delivery of client and partner initiatives across multiple regions.
You will work at the intersection of digital assets, payments, and institutional finance, coordinating client onboarding, regulatory engagement, managing partnerships with institutional players, and ensuring smooth execution across strategy, business, product, and technology teams.
You will act as connective tissue between Switzerland and European market realities and Fuze Finance leadership, keeping the build aligned to international expansion priorities.
This is a hands‑on role within a small, high‑performance team. It requires adaptability, precision, and strong ownership – as well as the willingness to travel frequently across regions to meet clients, partners, and regulators when needed.
You need to be strategic, commercial and have compliance maturity: move fast, but never at the expense of regulatory credibility and control integrity.
