Your Responsibilities
* Managing a customer portfolio: ensuring day-to-day monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.
* Support in the development and creation of customised leasing offers to ensure that customer needs are optimally met.
* Responsibility for the proper administration of contracts and documentation, including monitoring deadlines, updating contract details and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
* Internal coordination: working in synergy with the sales, technical, delivery and customer service teams, etc.
* Analysis of customer and contract data to gain insights, identify trends and generate regular reports that contribute to improving service quality and identifying business opportunities.
Your Profile
* Commercial qualification or comparable experience in administration
* Very good knowledge of German and English, French or/and Italian is an advantage
* Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services sector
* Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)
* Sales oriented, sense of service
* Excellent skills in reporting tools (Excel, CRM etc.)
