As Senior Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank's operational risk and resilience framework and provide support to the existing Operational Risk Team.
Your Responsibilities Review of controls framework and identification of key controls
Design and implementation of the test of control ("ToC") framework
Execution of the identified ToCs
Maintenance of the framework over the years
Reporting to Senior Management and issuing recommendations when needed
Your Profile University degree (FH/University) in Finance or Economics
At least 5 years of practical experience in Audit, Operational Risk, or control functions
Experience with Test of Controls
Ability to assess problems and set priorities
Ability to work with various stakeholders
Capability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
