PpALDO is one of the world’s leading fashion footwear retailers with its headquarter in Montreal, Canada, and with point of sales in over 100 countries. /p pWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented bParalegal / Contract Manager /b to support a broad range of legal and corporate matters, including contract management, intellectual property, corporate governance and legal operations. /p pYou will work closely with the Director Legal Services and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to legal projects, ensuring smooth documentation processes and supporting compliance initiatives. /p pThis is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys both bhands-on legal work /b and bproject ownership /b in an international environment with chances to grow. /p pWe offer flexible working hours as well as the possibility to work from home. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Legal Operational Support /h3 ul liDraft, review and manage a variety of legal agreements and templates /li liSupport day-to-day legal requests from internal stakeholders /li liPrepare litigation materials and maintain evidence files /li liCoordinate document legalizations and signatures /li /ul h3Intellectual Property /h3 ul liCoordinate trademark registration and renewals and manage portfolio /li liAssist with IP enforcement and brand protection activities /li liManage documentation related to IP matters and liaise with external counsel /li /ul h3Corporate Governance /h3 ul liSupport corporate governance activities and maintain corporate records /li liTrack Directors Officers documentation and updates /li liExecute and oversee KYC/UBO processes and related reporting /li liAssist with audits and compliance‑related initiatives /li /ul h3Legal Operations Administration /h3 ul liMaintain legal databases and document management systems /li liTrack and organize legal documentation and reporting /li liManage invoices and purchase orders related to legal services within authority limits /li liContribute to the improvement of legal templates and processes /li /ul h3Projects Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCoordinate cross‑functional legal projects and initiatives /li liAct as a key point of contact for internal teams and external providers /li liSupport the development and delivery of legal and compliance trainings /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liSolid experience in a similar paralegal or contract management role /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /li liClear and effective communication (able to simplify complex matters) /li liProactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working independently /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office /li liSwiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit /li /ul pIf you are interested in getting to know us, please send your application including a motivation letter and your salary expectations. /p pPlease note, we only consider direct applications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
