Vacancy: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to join our Finance & Controlling team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating, supporting, and analyzing finance processes, specifically focusing on SAP (S4/HANA) systems and processes. This position is based in Fribourg.
Missions
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Key User:
2. Act as the key user for SAP (S4/HANA) processes and systems within the Finance & Controlling department.
3. Provide expert support and guidance to ensure optimal use of SAP systems.
4. Process Coordination and Support:
5. Coordinate, support, and analyze finance and controlling processes.
6. Develop and implement optimization concepts and solutions.
7. Draft comprehensive documentation related to process improvements and system enhancements.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
9. Manage intercommunity VAT, and lists to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
10. Monitor and report on compliance metrics, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Profil du candidat
11. Proven experience with SAP (S4/HANA) processes and systems, preferably in a finance or controlling capacity would be a plus
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement optimization strategies.
13. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
14. Experience in training and supporting users on SAP systems.
15. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. English is a MUST
