Project Assistant (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
* Supporting the project management (e.g. scheduling, taking minutes)
* Creation of reports, presentations and project status documents
* Maintenance and management of project plans and schedules
* Organisation of internal meetings and events, as well as internal communication and coordination with other areas
* Organisation of UATs (User Acceptance Test), as well as ensuring the documentation of test results
* Preparation of various analyses and statistics
Qualifikationen
What you bring with you:
* Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in project management
* Initial experience in supporting projects and test management or in the administrative area
* Knowledge of project management methods and tools
* Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience in organising and coordinating meetings and events
* Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
