We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who views video not as a utility, but as an experience.
You will lead the next generation of video solutions, blending cutting-edge hardware with AI-driven software to create world-class solutions serving millions of users in both B2C and B2B.
This is an exciting role in a fast-paced environment, where the right person can make a huge impact. You’ll be based in Lausanne, Switzerland, part of the Personal Work Solutions (PWS) business group. Your role will be global, with occasional travel across regions.
Your Contribution
* Lead the creation, development, and launch of seamless video experiences and innovative webcam solutions leveraging advanced technologies (AI, computer vision, etc.)
* Enable millions of people worldwide to connect, collaborate, and express themselves with confidence
* Maintain Logitech’s #1 global webcam market position, driving breakthrough product launches for measurable business growth and best in class customer satisfaction
* Guide multidisciplinary teams, working closely with Business, Industrial Design, UX, SW & HW Engineering teams to transform ideas and users insights into iconic, industry-defining products, from conception to mass production
* Ensure end-to-end user journey at every touchpoint. Ensure our solutions work beautifully for diverse global audiences in B2B & B2C, across 50+ countries
* Deeply understand consumer and enterprise needs to generate actionable insights throughout development
* Shape the future of video interaction through advanced technology integration, competitive intelligence, and proactive identification of innovation and white-space opportunities
* Partner with business teams to explore and execute new revenue opportunities through innovative product offerings
Key Qualifications
* 7+ years of demonstrable experience in a product management position, with successful development and launches of software and hardware solutions
* Experience with video technologies and trends, ideally in video hardware
* Proven track record applying the Design Thinking approaches to drive innovation processes and managing complex initiatives from concept to launch, ideally in a hardware/software integrated environment.
* Curiosity and passion for users. Fluent in conducting user tests and qualitative consumer research
* Strong business acumen with passion for consumer electronics
* Curiosity, hands‑on engagement, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong analytical skills and technical understanding, with ability to communicate effectively with engineers
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and working effectively across departments.
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
* High energy, a positive attitude, and integrity.
Education
* BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or Design.
* MBA is a plus.
