Your contribution
As Contract Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient, risk‑aware, and business‑focused legal operations across all Tecan affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will:
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for our global affiliates, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co‑marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements
* Provide general legal support to the business as needed
* Deliver training to employees on legal topics
* Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
Your background

* Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Initial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and German, or a strong motivation to develop these skills
* Understanding of international contracts and cross‑border legal challenges.
* Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
* A collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and confidence to support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultures
