Responsibilities
Operate and support automated high-throughput laboratory systems in a regulated environment
Perform laboratory activities involving infectious materials, including independent experimental design and evaluation
Contribute to the development and optimization of molecular diagnostic assays by executing defined workstreams
Collaborate in project teams, actively contributing to meetings and communicating scientific results
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation, data evaluation, and preparation of technical and regulatory documentation
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biology, or qualification as Biomedical Laboratory Scientist (HF) or Laboratory Technician (EFZ)
Proven laboratory experience, ideally complemented by exposure to research or development projects
Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; German is a strong advantage
Excellent documentation skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach
