What are we looking for
The Kusnacht Practice is looking for a structured, proactive, and service-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in Zollikon. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees, ensure smooth HR operations, and contribute to a positive, compliant workplace culture rooted in trust, reliability, and integrity. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work, takes ownership of day-to-day processes, and is motivated to grow together with the organisation. This is an on-site position based in Zollikon, ZH
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth execution of HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
* Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical guidance on HR policies, social insurance, and Swiss labour law
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently in close collaboration with hiring managers
* Coordinate monthly payroll processes with Finance and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Support managers in performance management processes and contribute to succession planning initiatives
* Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee time tracking and absence management
* Prepare HR reports and statistics to support management decision-making
* Contribute actively to HR projects related to employee engagement, talent development, and organisational culture, with a focus on practical and sustainable solutions
You are/have
* Swiss Federal HR Specialist qualification (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis) completed or in progress, or an equivalent HR degree
* Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role with exposure to recruitment
* Sound understanding of Swiss social insurances, labour law, tax regulations, and HR compliance
* Experience working with HR information systems such as Personio, BambooHR, or comparable platforms
* Experience coordinating Swiss payroll processes; knowledge of Abacus, Bexio, or similar payroll solutions is an advantage
* Fluency in German and English at a professional level
* Strong MS Office skills and a digital, structured way of working
* Hands-on, organised, and detail-focused, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset
* Clear and professional communication style with a high level of integrity and discretion
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland and willingness to work on-site in Zollikon
