Customer Service Engineer (m/f/d) in the Ticino area
Support our customers in the field of imaging systems in radiology with the following responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site support for Siemens Healthineers devices to our customers; commission new devices and maintain existing ones.
2. Work on-site with customers, mainly in Ticino and the surrounding cantons.
3. Perform hardware and software updates according to the manufacturer's specifications.
4. Identify system errors, troubleshoot issues at the customer's site using remote or on-site diagnostic tools, and document interventions.
5. Work from home. Ideally, reside in a central area of the intervention zone in Ticino or be willing to relocate there.
Professional background and skills
* Completed training as an engineer (FH) or technician (HF) in electrical engineering, computer science, electronics, medical technology, or similar.
* Experience in customer service and field service.
* Good knowledge of electronics, strong IT skills (hardware and software).
* Willingness to attend training courses in Switzerland and abroad, and a high willingness to travel within Switzerland.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written, with at least B2 level of German.
* Candidate must live in Ticino or be open to relocating.
