Our organization seeks a skilled CRM Manager to maximize and enhance customer relationships among business units. The ideal candidate will define a scalable and transverse CRM strategy, set up data foundations for informed decision making, and drive the writing and implementation of this strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver CRM reporting & dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
2. Assess the current CRM situation, including existing processes, data quality, user adoption levels, system integration, and overall performance metrics.
3. Set governance on CRM reporting and optimize standard operating procedures into a CRM roadmap through business analysis with units.
4. Train and keep the group's CRM skill set up to date by exploring new functionalities and proposing solutions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a related field and a CRM certification (HubSpot is a plus). They must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, an extensive analytics portfolio, and excellent analytical skills.
Fluency in English and French (C1) is required, along with strong project management and data management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
