We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Off Trade Lead for Switzerland. In this role, you will be entrusted with managing the full retail channel, reporting directly to the Country Manager for Switzerland, while leading a team of two KAMs. As the Off Trade Lead, you will be at the helm of the Swiss Off Trade strategy, handling yearly negotiations, daily interactions with existing customers, and driving the onboarding of new partners to expand distribution and enhance overall volume. Monitoring Off Trade performance and campaign effectiveness will be a key focus, and your dedication to meeting or surpassing budget expectations will be instrumental to our success.
