Your role
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Financial Intermediaries Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with a client advisor and together you'll be responsible for a demanding client portfolio
* Support the client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks
* Have telephone (and personal) contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc.
* Take responsibility for coordinating maturities and pending tasks. If necessary, make changes to client master data and independently carry out various clarification and control tasks
* Act as central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments. In doing so, get to know and apply the broad product range of Global Wealth Management
Team
You will be part of the Global Financial Intermediaries team Key Deutschschweiz in Zurich, which passionately serves large external asset managers located in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Qualifications
* Has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* Fluent in German and has a good command of English, both written and spoken
* Confident in using common MS Office and IT tools
* Reliable individual with strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
* Able to set the right priorities and coordinate tasks efficiently
* Works independently, takes responsibility, and remains calm even in hectic situations
* Team player with quick comprehension and good communication skills
