Accountabilities
Analyze multiple data sources to develop testable hypotheses that support client growth, monetization, and user acquisition strategies
Design, recommend, and support the execution of high‑impact A/B tests tied to revenue, engagement, and product performance
Conduct funnel audits, live ops analysis, and UA performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive‑ready narratives that non‑technical stakeholders can act upon
Partner with data analysts and engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and well‑structured datasets and pipelines
Use genre and market benchmarks to contextualize performance and identify repeatable success patterns
Work with external gaming data platforms and internal systems to validate insights and recommendations
Support clients in improving product adoption, conversion rates, and overall game performance through actionable insights
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in game analytics, data analysis, or a related gaming data role
Proven ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders, including executives or product teams
Strong understanding of user acquisition, monetization, live operations, and creative performance metrics
Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests in a gaming or digital product environment
Solid SQL skills with ability to validate metrics, troubleshoot datasets, and ensure data accuracy
Working knowledge of BI tools and analytical workflows; Python or R is a strong plus
Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, S3, or Azure environments
Experience working with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA/GA4, Unity Analytics, or Firebase
Strong storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex data into clear business insights
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of multiple game genres or global markets is a plus (e.g., mobile, PC, console)
