The Role
We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer. You will help us develop IP for next generation Automotive, Industrial & Medical products. The successful candidate will participate in the design of complex mixed-signal IPs and have familiarity with analog blocks such as DACs, ADCs, PLL and wireless interface etc.

What You’ll Do
1. Define architecture and participate in feasibility studies for new analog/mixed-signal IP components
2. Drive design, verification, layout, and bench evaluation of state-of-the-art CMOS and SOI designs which can be reused across different market segments.
3. Lead small teams on sub-projects and contribute to SoC integration
4. Propose innovative solutions to meet customer and product needs
5. Collaborate on DFT strategies and document designs thoroughly
6. Partner with test, product, and applications engineering to ensure successful production release
7. Documentation: including architecture and circuit descriptions, testing procedures, and safety mechanisms.
What You’ll Need
8. Minimum BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
9. Minimum 5 years in mixed-signal design
10. RTL design of digital IP blocks and systems in Verilog/SystemVerilog
11. Analog IC design experience (schematic, layout, simulation).
12. A thorough understanding of semiconductor physics and IC processes.
13. Prior exposure to analog design in deep-submicron processes (65nm or below)
14. Creativity, dynamism, reliability and team spirit
15. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
16. Eligibility to work in Switzerland
What Else You May Bring
17. Experience in some of the following areas is a plus:
18. Project/task leadership
19. Capacity to think at the system level
20. Knowledge Verilog-A or VHDL-AMS is a plus.
21. Design of accelerators and signal processing components
22. Experience in low power
23. RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, STA, power analysis
24. Advanced digital verification methodology (. UVM)
25. Previous experience in one of the following fields: ADC, DAC, PLL
26. Knowledge in Functional Safety
27. Knowledge of French
